Celia is currently a member of the Independent Designers Group (IDG), the Designers Institute of NZ (DINZ), and was previously the Vice President of the National Kitchen and Bathroom Association.

Speaker: Debbie Abercrombie, Abercrombie Design
Interior Designer, Architectural Liaison, Colour Consultant, Interior Design and Colour Course Director, Debbie Abercrombie has a long established reputation in the New Zealand design industry spanning 20 years.
Her projects have included an eclectic mix of residential and commercial design jobs, from cutting edge office reception, boardrooms and executive offices through to luxury yacht interiors.
In addition to her custom design work, Debbie runs regular Colour Courses in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton and Nelson to help people learn and understand the dynamics of colour selection.
With a background in the fashion design industry and five years working as a tutor in Interior Design for wellington polytechnic, Debbie has established her own private practice several years ago specialising in Interior Design for Residential, Commercial and Marine environments.

Maggie has a passion for architecture, art, light and colour and enjoys working with her clients to co-ordinate all elements in the living space.
She has a strong background in residential design and construction, forming a design and build partnership with her husband in 1989, which flourished successfully in the top end of the market.
In 2002 Maggie enrolled in a 4-year full time design degree at Unitec, majoring in interior design. After working in residential and commercial interior design for 2 years, she chose to specialise in kitchen design, working in both customised design and imported European kitchens.
Maggie joined Kitchens by Design in July 2010.
