Pandomo offers the natural appearance of stone but allows a seamless modern flooring design.

Pandomo is a cement-based, self levelling flooring system which will achieve 30mpa in 28 days

Advantages of Pandomo opposed to conventional decorative cementious toppings are that it is an installed floor between 5-10mm in depth; is shrinkage free and due to the Ardex technology, walkable in 3 hours.

We can deliver surface finishes from matt to gloss; that are perfect for shops, foyers, exhibition halls, offices, restaurants and residential interiors.

Southeast Floors is currently the only Ardex certified contractor in Queensland for the consultation and installation of the Pandomo Flooring System.

Terrazite is a resin based monolithic floor topping which gives the look of marble with long term durability.

Construction benefits are achieved from the lower weight of this floor topping when compared to other cement based toppings and tiles.

Terrazite floors are seamless, the colours and designs are endless and create a smooth high lustre floor.

TERRAZZOMICRO
Quick, attractive, strong and always a one off.

TerrazzoMicro has completely redefined how designers can create Terrazzo floors.

The Ardex TerrazzoMicro system gives back Designers and Architects the creative options to design floors without the limitations of traditional Terrazzo and tiles that are simply just too heavy.

TerrazzoMicro enables you to design seamless floors up to 40m².

The binder comes in either black or white, the use of marble chips and mineral oxides lends to unlimited styling, incorporation borders, curves and contrasting inlay effects.

TerrazzoMicro can be finished to as little as 8mm. This slim profile gives freedom to integrate Terrazzo Micro with textile and resilient floor coverings without the need for long ramps or inconvenient step height changes.

TerrazzoMicro stands to deliver a more cost effective Terrazzo floor.

Offering faster installation, the project time line is reduced, being lighter than traditional Terrazzo; your project frame is incrementally lighter, minimises or eliminates costly and inconvenient slab set downs and therefore passes on overall savings to your construction costs.

DESIGNERCOTE

Designercote is a 2-3mm polymer modified cement coating that incorporates a variety of effects through colour pigmentation and texturing.

Designercote is a handcrafted finish ranging from traditional marble, sandstone and tiles to modern looks in colourful pastels and even wood grain textures.

The finished job is sealed with a protective coating which helps defend the floor from dirt and staining.

Designercote is suitable for residential housing, boutiques, showrooms and light commercial both internal and external.

Any area you would use traditional ceramic tiles, carpet and vinyl, Designercote can be used.

The key to the success of any flooring system is in the preparation of the existing substrate.

Southeast Floors carry out all floor preparation to the Australian Standards and Workplace Health & Safety Regulations.

We have access to and use various products that comply with Green Star IEQ-11 & IEQ-13 Specifications.

Our diamond grinding machinery are the latest in technology, in conjunction the use of dust extraction systems ensure minimal dust or airborne contamination.

Southeast Floors specialise in the:

Removal of existing floor coverings
Contaminant / glue removal
Diamond grinding to key for new flooring systems
Waterproofing
All major internal floor levelling
