We are able to tailor deliver a package which enables our customers to owner build their homes or alternatively we can have your home built for you in the traditional manor.

Although there are more than 1600 designs, the company remains dedicated to an individual design approach whereby each client receives their own tailored and creative result.

Being an owner-builder does not mean that you have to have any practical or technical skills in building. Storybook Cottages takes care of these areas for you by providing a service package that no one else in the building industry can offer.

The owner – builder package includes site evaluation, designs, costings, permit applications, technical assistance and an extensive list of sub-contractors and required suppliers – all inclusive in a most competitive fixed–price kit contract.
