This stands alone from our other services in that Owner Building Solutions has been granted RTO (Registered Training Organisation) status under the Australian National Training Framework. 

We are providers of the nationally accredited “Course in Preparation for Owner Builder Permit” - Training Product 30702-QLD. 

When a home owner or property owner intends to build, renovate, extend or relocate their premises and will spend $11,000.00 or more on the project, including materials and labour at industry costs, they are required to enrol in and complete a "Course in Preparation for Owner Builders Permit".
